US jobs expert brings the Nike touch to Sydney
International workforce management leader, and former Nike Global Talent Director, Dan
Hanyzewski, will share his expertise at a breakfast presentation hosted by Kelly Services
Outsourcing and Consulting Group at the Swissôtel Sydney, 12 October.
Mr Hanyzewski is renowned for revolutionising the temporary employment sector and
overhauling Nikes global talent management program making it an industry benchmark - and
rebranding Nike as an employer of choice.
Mr Hanyzewski created the Nike Assist! program
a unique system for hiring and supporting
thousands of temporary workers in a central, efficient and cost-effective way through its HR
partner, Kelly Services. It is a one-stop shop for Nike retail managers to request staff;
for
external suppliers to offer their services; and for external temporary workers to gain support.
He is currently the managing partner of West Shore Partners LLC/Redmitten.com
a niche
human resources consulting firm and is a member of the Human Capital Institute board.
During the presentation, Mr Hanyzewski will speak about his experiences with human capital
planning, the current challenges in human resources, and will present four key strategic
principles that are the foundation of a best practice human capital supply chain. Mr Hanyzewski
will also make presentations in Brisbane and Melbourne later in the week.
