Aquisition of Crowthers Buslink

Veolia Transport NSW (Veolia Transport) recently acquired Crowthers Buslink
which operates in the Sutherland Shire of NSW. Veolia Transport will take over
the route services currently operated by Crowthers BusLink, effective 1
January 2009.

"The acquisition of this local bus business is a great result for Veolia Transport. It reinforces our commitment to serving the people of New South Wales," said Mr Morris Caputi, Managing Director of Veolia Transport NSW.

"What's so great about this business is its reputation and dedication to the
Sutherland Shire community that it has served for over 60 years. We plan to
build upon the excellent foundations that Mr Paul Crowther and Mr Barry
Crowther set for this business, "said Mr Caputi.

Paul Crowther said, "When we considered the future of the local bus service
the logical conclusion was that we had achieved all that was possible at our
level and we felt the future leant itself towards a larger corporate approach.
Veolia has an excellent reputation and we know they will do a great job."

Crowthers Buslink operates in the southern suburbs of Sydney providing the
local bus route service between Cronulla Kurnell Caringbah and Miranda,
transporting local residents, visitors and school students.

Veolia Transport currently operates an extensive bus network centred on
Sydney's southern, south western and western suburbs. It operates across a
643 kilometre network with 53 routes, special school services and a range of
charter buses.
