JAL and Hotels.com Team Up to Offer Online Customers a Greater Selection of Hotel Reservations
TOKYO, July 16 /PRNewswire-Asia-AsiaNet/ --
Visitors to JAL websites can now reserve rooms at over 100,000 quality hotels worldwide
Hotels.com(R), the global hotel specialist, and Japan Airlines (JAL), Japan's largest airline, have announced a
joint collaboration for online hotel reservations. Through this tie-up, which went live on July 1st, visitors to JAL
rooms at any of the 100,000+ hotels at Hotels.com.
JAL already offers reservations at overseas hotels on their website -- a service well received by many of its
customers. The collaboration with Hotels.com now allows customers to compare an even wider selection of hotels
worldwide and reserve accommodations through JAL websites. Plus JAL Mileage Bank members are awarded 100
miles per Hotels.com booking when reserved through a JAL website.
Besides adding more hotels, Hotels.com offers an expanded range of tools to help customers make decisions
tailored to their preferences and needs. Travellers are able to search by maps, facilities and hotel star ratings, as
well as by specific geographic locations and neighbourhoods. Customers are also assured of instant confirmation
of their hotel rooms. Pricing is in Japanese Yen and Japanese speaking customer service is available 7 days a
week.
Johan Svanstrom, Managing Director Hotels.com Asia Pacific, says: "We're thrilled that through our online hotel
reservation partnership with JAL, we can assist travelers in Japan and JAL Mileage Bank members in making their
preferred travel arrangements."

JAL Mileage Bank customers even better choice and value on our website through the online hotel reservation
