CHANGED TRAFFIC CONDITIONS
KINGS HIGHWAY NEAR
QUEANBEYAN
The RTA is advising motorists of changed traffic conditions on the Kings Highway
on the eastern outskirts of Queanbeyan from this week.
There will be changed traffic conditions and reduced roadwork speed limits in place
in association with building a new section of highway between Thuralilly Street and
east of Regent Drive.
The work is expected to take up to 12 months to complete, with changed traffic
conditions and reduced speed limits in place during the work.
Motorists are advised of minor delays as the work is carried out.
Electronic message signs will be in place to alert motorists to this change.
Motorists are advised to obey the reduced speed limits and all traffic control signs.
Be road work aware, slow down and take care road work speed limits are
enforceable.
