ESSENTIAL MAINTENANCE WORK
F6 FREEWAY
The RTA is advising motorists of changed traffic conditions on the F6 Freeway
between Waterfall and Helensburgh.
Essential maintenance work will be carried out from Sunday 10 January to Thursday
21 January 2010, weather permitting.
Work will be carried out at night, from 6pm to 5am, to minimise disruptions to traffic
during the day.
One of two northbound lanes will be closed from Sunday 10 January to Thursday 14
January 2010, with one of two southbound lanes closed from Sunday 17 January to
Thursday 21 January 2010, weather permitting.
A reduced speed zone of 40 km/h will be in place throughout the work site.
Motorists will be asked to exercise caution when travelling through the work site and
to comply with all temporary signposting and traffic control measures.
Be roadwork aware, slow down and take care, roadwork speed limits are
enforceable.
