Update – Freeway closures both inbound and outbound including the Burnley
Tunnel
Motorists are advised of further closures on CityLink and the Monash Freeway
tonight.
Outbound from Kings Way to Burke Road will be fully closed (this includes Power St
east bound exit ramp and the Burnley Tunnel) from 8pm-5am. Motorists will be
detoured via Kings Way exit ramp to Dandenong Road/Princes Highway.
Inbound from Warrigal Road to Burke Road will be closed to one lane and fully
closed between Burke Road and Gibdon Street (Burnley) from 8pm tonight until
5am. Motorists are advised to exit at Warrigal Road and detour via Dandenong
Road/Princes Highway.
Further overnight works are planned for Thursday night weather permitting. This is
not expected to be a full closure on any sections.
