More closures tonight on Monash Freeway
Motorists are warned of further closures of sections of the Monash Freeway in both
directions overnight tonight.
The freeway from Warrigal Road to Burke Road will be closed to one lane inbound
and fully closed between Burke Road and Toorak Road from 8pm tonight until 5am.
Motorists are advised to exit at Warrigal Road and detour via Dandenong Road
Princes Highway.
Outbound the freeway will be closed between Toorak Road and Burke Road
between 9pm tonight until 6am tomorrow morning.
The works include resurfacing of the freeway in these sections and are weather
dependent.
Further overnight closures on sections of the Monash are also planned for
Wednesday night and will depend on weather conditions.
