LIMITS IMPOSED ON
RAWSONVILLE BRIDGE
The RTA advises that a 15 tonne load limit and 3.5 metre width restriction have been
imposed on the bridge over the Macquarie River at Rawsonville on Rawsonville
Bridge Road north of the Mitchell Highway.
A speed limit of 20km/h has also been imposed on the bridge.
Vehicles heavier than 15 tonnes should detour via Burroway Road to Brocklehurst.
The 15 tonne load limit will remain in place until a temporary bridge can be installed
and essential maintenance work carried out.
