SAFETY WORKS COMPLETED ON
ORARA WAY
Road safety work has finished on the Orara Way between Braunstone and
Glenreagh.
The work involved the installation of signs and improved chevron road markers, 6km
south of Grafton, on the Orara Way.
The work was undertaken by Clarence Valley Council on behalf of the RTA.
This section of road has a history of crashes,
in particular on bends. The
improvements will boost road safety and reduce the risk of crashes in the area.
This road safety work was fully funded by the Federal Government under the Nation
Building Black Spot Program at a cost of $21,500.
