SANTA FUN RUN THROUGH

SYDNEY CBD



The Sydney CBD

will be alive

this Sunday, 29 November, when The

Variety Santa Fun Run hits town. 


Some roads will be closed in the Sydney CBD and special event

clearways will be in place.

 

The Fun Run will start in Bridge Street, goes along George Street to

Liverpool Street and finish at Darling Harbour.

 

Roads closures around the Fun Run route will begin from 8am to 11am. 

 

Motorists should check signs before parking to avoid fines or their vehicle

being towed. 

 

Motorists travelling in the city near the fun run route may experience

delays and should allow additional travel time or use an alternate route. 


Westbound/Eastbound traffic may use Bridge St, Goulburn St or the

Cross City Tunnel

 

Northbound traffic may use the:


Eastern Distributor and then Sydney Harbour Tunnel


George Street, Hay Street, Harbour Street, Western Distributor

and the Sydney Harbour Bridge


George Street, Goulburn Street and Pitt Street or Elizabeth Street

or College Street


George Street, Hay Street, Harbour Street, Wheat Rd, Shelly

Street and then Erskine Street

 

Southbound traffic may use the:


Sydney Harbour Tunnel then Eastern Distributor


Sydney Harbour Bridge then Western Distributor


Sydney Harbour Bridge, Cahill Expressway for North-Eastern side

of CBD and then Phillip Street or Macquarie Street

Sydney Harbour Bridge, York Street, Grosvenor Street, George

Street, Bridge Street and then Phillip Street or Macquarie Street


York Street, Market Street and Sussex Street.
