TEMPORARY CHANGED TRAFFIC
CONDITIONS OXLEY HIGHWAY AT
SOVEREIGN HILLS
Motorists are advised of changed traffic conditions on the Oxley Highway, near the
traffic lights at Sovereign Hills, while resurfacing work is carried out.
From Monday 19 October 2009 there will be a temporary speed limit of 40km/h and at
times it will be necessary to restrict traffic to one lane with an alternate traffic flow
arrangement.
Motorists may experience delays during the work, which will be carried out between
9am and 3pm on weekdays. Some traffic delays may also be experienced on Saturday
afternoons.
Signs will be in place to advise motorists of the changed traffic conditions.
The resurfacing work is being carried out by a private developer on a one kilometre
section of the highway and is expected to take one month to finish, weather permitting.
