The China Center and The Experience by Richard Attias Launch China360 to Promote Chinese Cities

in the US

NEW YORK and BEIJING, Oct. 28 /PRNewswire-AsiaNet/ --

Innovative platform will "foster increased cooperation and understanding" says

                         New York City Mayor Bloomberg

The China Center and The Experience by Richard Attias announced today the creation of China360, a

semi-annual platform in New York City, in which a selected Chinese city with a population of over five million

will be showcased during an exclusive weeklong event. The first China360 will take place in New York in the

Spring of 2011.

As the unofficial capital of the world, New York serves as the ideal platform from which to promote a 360-

degree perspective of select Chinese cities to a global audience. The events encompassing China360 will take

a holistic approach to promote improved bilateral business exchanges, innovations, culture and sustainable

urban development strategies.

"Technological advances and shifting business models mean that the centers of global business, and

China's emerging markets in particular, present opportunities for collaboration that didn't exist even a few

years ago," said New York City Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg. "China360 is a unique program that will foster

increased cooperation and understanding between us and China's largest cities. We anticipate that it will

benefit Chinese businesses looking to open in New York City and create opportunities for growth for local

businesses abroad."

"At present, there are so many Chinese cities relatively unknown in the West that have so much to offer,"

said Feng Lun, Chairman of China Center, "yet many in the West are familiar only with Beijing and Shanghai.

Other cities in China bring a lot to the table, and are looking for outlets to the West. China360 will be such an

outlet for them."

"Presenting a 360-degree view and the DNA of these Chinese cities will help facilitate knowledge-sharing

and increase partnerships between China and the West," Experience Corp. Founder and Executive Chairman

Richard Attias added. "Many creations, projects and initiatives in China are so inspiring."

In the next twenty years, it is estimated that another 400 million people from within China will migrate to

urban centers. Despite the fact that many Chinese cities have booming economies, world-class business

infrastructures, and a rich history of arts and cultural accomplishments, most of these cities have little to no

recognition in the Western world.

The China Center, focused on serving as a "gateway of choice" for Chinese companies entering the U.S.,

as well as American businesses seeking new market opportunities in China, and The Experience Corp., a

strategic communications and world-class production company behind some of the most important

international events, including the recently held New York Forum last June, have combined their relevant

expertise in a newly formed joint venture-China360.

"New York City's international business community is building a special relationship with China and its

emerging free enterprise sector. China360 will provide a forum for extending China-New York partnerships to

every corner of the country," said Kathryn Wylde, CEO of Partnership for New York City.
