                     Professor Hyam Rubinstein, FAA, who is from the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at the  University of Melbourne and Chairman of the National Committee of Mathematical Sciences, will  present Prize Certificates to the 23 local prizewinners and Prudence Awards to the 37 students who  achieved the highest number of consecutive correct responses in their school.
